Talking James Marsters in Lie To Me on Fox

James' ep of Lie To Me is on tonight on Fox at 9:01 PM; it's the 2nd ep of the new season, and is called "Truth or Consequences."

Quote:
Jennifer Beals, John Carroll Lynch and James Marsters Guest-Star.

Zoe enlists the Lightman Group to investigate a star college football player accused of statutory rape. Meanwhile, Foster and Loker travel to a religious compound to find out whether it’s actually a nefarious cult in the “Truth or Consequences” episode of LIE TO ME airing Monday, Oct. 5 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

And I see that still-dollsome Kelli Williams, late of The Practice, is a regular on this....

Talking Re: James Marsters in Lie To Me on Fox TONIGHT 10/5 @ 9 PM

OK, caught this, and he was a one-time guest star. He didn't get too much screen time, although hsi character set the main plot in motion: he was a DA prosecuting the college guy for the statutory rape, even though it looked as if the girl in question really had misrepresented her age, right down to a fake ID, and had been a more than willing participant. But Jenifer Beals' character, who's maried to Roth's lie-expert guy, felt there was racial bias going on, i.e. the DA was really upset about a black guy sleeping w/a white girl.

John Caroll Lynch BTW has put on a lot of weight and is quite burly now, but he's still reogizable from Fargo, in which he played the lead's husband, good ol' Norm "son-of-a" Gundarson.
