Post The Beowulf Discussion: Section XVI

This discussion was originally posted to the Endor mailing list.

There is no Section XVI.

In the original Endor discussion, we switched base texts. We stopped using the Frances Barton Gummere text with Section XV and we started using the Leslie Hall translation with Section XVII. Because the two translations used different numbering schemes, we had to skip over Section XVI.

The Leslie Hall translation is available at:
http://www.gutenberg.org/files/16328/16328-8.txt

The next post will pick up with Hall's translation of section XVII (the next verse in the poem).
