Governor Breck was killed in the nuclear war, sometime after CeaseR freed all the apes ,in the year 1990.all the apes on earth had their own rebellion in Eroupe the middle east everywhere.
The WORLD that the was once ruled by humans no longer existed it was now a planet of apes. Ceaser and a band a of humans and apes took refuge ina small forest area after the old world ended. the world was now ruled by Ceaser and humans lived in a world of the planet of apes.
