OK, so I missed a few. I was relying on my memory (at the end of a marathon to finish the 1994 Bibliography) and several other sources. BUT notice I said protagonists!!
PS: Notice I listed the ONE place where there is an extra 'n' since I don't belive it appears in any of the other books that way. It is probably a editors deviation.
