I too have a copy I recceived as a gift, so I do not know where it might have been purchased, but it is out there. Never seen the Canadian editiom , either. It may be like the "paperback Star Ka'ats And The Winged Warriors" An ISBN # was assigne to it but it never made it to print. Later---Paul
