: :thought I'd let everyone know (except Irene, of course--she knows everything)..Later--Paul

: I don't know everything. But I sure try. Thanks for spotting an anthology entry for Andre Norton. Sometimes even I don't find those for several years. You cannot just look them up in ABE books under Norton.

: Hopefully, someday, NESFA press will have their recursive index to short stories complete - and we can all look there first.

: And there was that copy of JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH, by Verne that Mike Walsh found. Even he doesn't know why he opened a 1988 paper reprint. But there it was, an introduction written by Andre Norton. Mike is a book dealer with a good memory & bought and set asside the book for me.

: Any one see the book by Nicholas Gray, THE STAR BEAST, 1973, UK: Hamish Hamilton? That's another book with an Andre Norton introduction.

The last time I visited Ms Norton, she gave me a copy of Journey with her intro. Several months ago, one of my sisters came across an old Heinlein with either a review blurb or an intro by Norton. I will have to ask which it was. That would definitely be an interesing list--How about an anthology of all of the Lady's introductions? I have seen enough of them to make at least a novella-length publication. Of course, I also would love to see a complete collection of all the book reviews She wrote for the Cleveland Plain Dealer. And then, all of Her non-fiction articles. Oh well, I guess that is my Djinni wish-every word Ms Norton has ever written. Later, Kind Folks---Paul
