Actually it is pretty good, but, the publication date keeps changing as Phil makes updates to it.
My own copy is Stephensen-Payne, Phil Andre Norton: Working Bibliography 1992, Galactic Central, 1-871B3-30-0; Magazine size photocopy made & bound by the author.
I have found a couple of minor errors - and one major one. If my memory is correct, Phil wrongly listed; Norton, Alice, PUBLIC RELATIONS Alice Norton is a Library writer who lives in Ridgefield, CT (again if memory serves - my stuff is at home). She also has a couple of articles, all on Public Relations for Libraries. Most of these are published by the ALA (American Library Association or something like that).
Being that Phil's is a working bibliography, that item may, or may not, be in the copy that you have.
Of course my NESFA press work seems to have an error, that STAR BEAST inclusion. I know what hard work it is to keep up with this author.
