Good question. I have a web site with frames that links
to other sites. I'll take a look at my HTML code and compare
it to yours and see if I can determine what the differences
are.

I'll send you email. As long as you don't give the perception
of stealing content (which is what the lawsuits are all about)
I don't think you need to worry. I just wanted to warn you
about possible consequences of doing this.

"Stealing content" is, I suppose, in the eye of the beholder,
but where framing is concerned one web site was shut down for
linking to secondary pages on other sites, thus bypassing the
primary pages. Since you are not doing this (as best I can
determine), I don't believe you are giving the perception of
stealing content.
