Well, I got to the end of the Garan tales (and they got better toward the end -- I've never before read a story where someone -- well, the ending makes it worth reading).Anyway, lo! and behold! I find two Witch World stories. One is "Legacy From Sorn Fen", which is also published in LORE OF THE WITCH WORLD. But the other is "One Spell Wizard", which I've never seen before. Admittedly, the only connection between "One Spell Wizard" and Witch World is the fact that High Hallack is mentioned once. There is a Garth Haigis, which with the "Garth" sounds like some places in Arvon, but it's a very different kind of story for Witch World. So, there is no real Garan connection to Witch World -- I don't even know if all editions of GARAN, THE ETERNAL contain these stories, but it was a pleasant surprise to find these two stories in the book.
