: While looking at the WARDING Witch World map, I noticed Cynan's Hold on the east coast of Escore, but I don't remember what story this is from.: Does it ring any bells? It does. Cynan was the old man, whom the heroine of Key of the Keplian, Eleeri, met whan she came through a gate. He was then attacked by three I think armed robbers. She killed them, healed him and he tought her Karstenian, Estcarpian and the singn language used by the hunters. Aetheling
