Irene is correct, you can delete whatever you don't want to include in your message.However, as your online experience grows, you will probably become less annoyed with citations in other media. The message board does keep the old messages around, but in email and the news groups you sometimes don't see the original message. So the citations are helpful and have become customary in all messenging software I've used. Welcome to the board! Michael
