There is no published Sequel to this book.
The interview in Locus, Vol. 29, No 6, Issue #365, June 1991, pp. 4, 65., mentions The Day of the Rat as a proposed sequel to The Mark of the Cat (A198).
Andre said (interview at the World Fantasy Convention, 1992) that "they [the publishers] didn’t want it."
