: Does anyone know if "The Boy and the Ogre" has appeared anywhere else? I find myself hopelessly intrigued by the existence of another "new" story to read.To my knowledge, "The Boy and the Ogre" has never appeared anywhere else. Unfortunately there is a good reason. This is one of the only Andre Norton stories that I find to be BAD! The story has a boy making the Ogre give him gold, and other stuff, and then killing the Ogre (or something like that) I believe that I was able to find a copy in the New York City Public Library, and photo-copied that. (I later found a for-sale copy. The magazine is Trade paper size) Golden Magazine Sept 1966
