I couldn't agree more.

But I think you're being a little too kind to the scamposters: the word you started to use implies only a lack of consideration for others, but I'm afraid that more accurate descriptions have no place on a message board with the high moral tone of this one.

And the place to which you would consign them is somewhat too comfortable and above ground: they should be incarcerated under the jail (Montressor's solution in "The Cask of Amontillado" strikes me as being more than poetic justice).

It would also be nice to see junk snail/e-mail senders and telephone solicitors incarcerated alongside... Or maybe I'm just annoyed at the increase in volume I've been getting in the last few months.
