The Shadow of Albion by Norton and Rosemary Edghill

Tor have this listed on their proposed 1999 titles
for publication in HC in April, has anyone heard of
it? It isn't just a rename of the one she was doing
with Rosemary that we talked about earlier (can't remember
the title). Anyone know anything? I tried to check the
High Hallack site but cannot get the links to respond at
the moment.
