: : : : : : MARK OF THE CAT, 1992 illustrated by Karen Kuykendal

Saw the book/tarot set at Galacticon this past weekend. (DragonPad, email Dragonpad@aol.com and talk to Ann Robertson of Norcross, GA, if you want to buy from them.)

I also talked to Cat Fantisque 5 author, Pauline Griffin, who read the story she's going to have in there (Tenth Life Cat).

Also saw them auction off a couple mint copies of Andre Norton Inc's SERPENTS TOOTH.

Also heard that Andre is looking for a printer/press to do a chapbook for her ... something new ... wonder what it is? (Laura Underwood, who'd recently been at High Hallack, was, I think, the person who mentioned this.)

Anyway, I noted on the book/tarot set that is/was copyright 1985 and 1992. While not conclusive (the deck part could have been done in 1992), it suggests that the deck ... at worst ... came out at the same time as MARK OF THE CAT ... but most likely was done before it.

That's all I have to meow about for now.
