I don't know if this is the same person, but about two years ago a similar thread expressing concern over Dreamwyrd's faithfulness to deals was begun on the news groups. It turned out that the dealer had become seriously ill and was hospitalized for a long time. His brother took control of the business and tried to resolve all complaints but did not have complete records.I believe I have done business with Dreamwyrd in the past myself, and if so was completely satisfied with the transaction, but that was some years ago.
