1988, Aerie Books Ltd., imprint of Tom Doherty Associates, pap $2.25, ISBN 0-938819-17-8 I suppose that this means that I somehow left the publisher out of the bibliography.....Rats, another typo. I'll contact NESFA and get the addenda amended. This was a book found for me by Mike Walsh, book dealer and good guy. He claims he was just browsing through the book & spotted the intros. So he saved it for me.
