Is there any way to do an omnibus volume? With all the rest of the publishing apparatus in place, it couldn't cost *that* much more [she said, blithely betraying utter ignorance of publishing realities]. The demand for such a uniquely collectable item [not to mention getting two, hard-to-find but good Norton titles in one place] should be quite high--right, gang? Jerrie
