I can remember being totally absorbed by Andre Norton's sci fi novels as a young teenager. I can't remember titles too well, and the plots are mixed up and blurred together in my memory, but ther was one featuring cats (of course!), but they were highly evolved and intelligent cats on an earth where humans had long since killed themselves off. A space ship visits carrying a group of humans from another planet. I can't remember what happened next. Can someone tell me what this book is? It's not Cat's Eye, is it? Would it be in print still?

Bill E.
