Seems to me then that the designation should be something other than "co-written" or "co-author". How about "written in the 'Witch World' universe of Andre Norton" or something similar? That way, those readers who want to pursue various trains (a Norton 'world' versus her OWN writings) may do so without being disappointed...as I have been...that the style or feel of a book doesn't stand up with The Lady's best work.
I'm not saying not to read the co-writer...heck, it might be just exactly what you've been seeking...but we should be aware before we start that it is not Andre's work we'll be reading.
