Is it a travelog? About a certain area or city? The article is indeed sort of a travelog. It lists several "Ghost" houses and sites in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusets, Rhode Island and New York. In each case the city is given, and then the legend of the local ghost. At least in one case, I doubt that the Lincoln train (steam locomotive) still rides along the Harlem division of the NY Central. Several reference books are listed. We should remember that most, if not all, of Andre Nortons travel consists of extensive reasearch into written works. Ms Norton suffers from an inner ear imbalance which keeps her off planes and in recent years she seldom travels at all.
