I seem to recall Ms. Norton saying it was printed but not released. Walker and Co. says it is out of print but did get released. The Canadian publisher Thomas Allen & Son says they stopped carrying Walker titles several years ago and i did not catch the name, but whomever they referred me to, said that isbn showed up as non-existent

I never saw the book on the new shelves nor do i recall seeing it on the remainder tables.
