As an Andre Norton reader of roughly the same vintage, I have to wonder why neither of these lists of great classics included Judgment on Janus. For me, it ranks right alongside Storm Over Warlock as a book that was a favorite when I was a tadpole, and remains near the top of the list.

I've also always had a decided fondness for Star Gate.

But hey, there's sure no losers in these lists. And I'd be hard put to come up with a top ten that didn't seem to leave something out.
