Regretfully this is very normal. This edition ,by the Fantasy Publishing company, was one of the last ventures of publisher William Crawford. He was always starting semi-ill fated publishing ventures. He published Marvel Tales in the early 30's which only had 5 issues. Too bad because issue number 6 was to have had Andre Norton's "People of the Crater". This finally showed up in Fantasy Book Vol. 1 number 1 another short lived Crawford enterprise. The story had sat in Crawford's files for 12 years.

Although Garan the Eternal is nicely bound, i believe all the jackets are too short.
