Could someone tell me what the differences are between the novel and the film? I heard she was very unhappy with the film, and fought to have her name removed. Personally, I highly-enjoy it, but I still want to hear what the differences are, especially since the novel is OOP and I can't find it anywhere.

Also, what is the second book in the series titled, and when were both published?
