: David C. Smith produced an 8mm, black & white, version of "The Whisperer in Darkness" back in the late 70's. The lead was played by Lovecraft correspondent J. Vernon Shea.

Fascinating. Does a video version exist? I'll check around on my own, but if you're aware of any marketed version, let please post it if you can.
