As long as we are talking commercialising Middle-earth, and you are already playing Merp, why do you not go and purchase the following modules: Far Harad, Nazgūl's Citadel, South?? Harad (I cannot remember its title, but I have it back home- as well as all other Merp products made since '86) Shadow in the South, Court of Ardor, Gorgoroth (I have foolishly lent that out to someone dubious who never returned it, but I still have the map), and hmmm... for Rhūn...? I think you might find something in "Perils of the Sea of Rhūn or perhaps in "Mirkwood". These titles are off hand and you can E-mail me for further information, though I recommend you try some game-shop first, or organisation, Role-playing organisations, in my experience, have various members with various resources, but they are bound to have something worthwhile, or someone who can make it.
My E-mail Adress is; Hispr@stud.Hum.aau. dk, it is at the university of aarhus (DK), as my old computer (an IBM) does not want to cooperate with my modem and I could not afford the bill anyway. Thus I might not check regularily if I am under pressure from assignments and work.
