Is it true that Sean Connery has pulled out of it? : I just came to think, why do you not make them yourself?? that is much more fun as purchasing them, and gives you a chance to develop your campaign as your want, which is great fun- provided that you have the time. I have seen a map by the people who do the Role-Paying Games based on LOR. It showed what must be the whole of post Akkalabeth Middle Earth. The bits that are in Tolkien's books were rendered faithfully, but beyond this area the map-makers seemed to have developed bad cases of "peninsula-itis" and "tiny-island mania" which put Indonesia to shame.
