Somewhere Tolkien does indeed say that the Uruks called other Orcs "snaga" (which means "slave"). If you're looking for indications of tribes or communities, just off the top of my head I can think of the following (although probably there were several tribes located together in the larger communities):

The Orcs of Moria
The Orcs of Mount Gundabad
The Orcs of the High Pass (between Imladris and the Carrock)
The Orcs of Mount Gram
The Orcs of Emyn Muir (the Mountains of Mirkwood)
The Orcs of Dol Guldur
The Orcs of Udun (northern Mordor)
The Orcs of Minas Morgul
The Orcs of Cirith Ungol
The Orcs of Durthang

Can't think of any others just now. Cirith Ungol or Durthang had both tracker Orcs and Uruks.
