Gandalf's exact words are: "I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor."

I agree with Jon that the Secret Fire must be the Flame Imperishable (which someone has comapred to the Holy Spirit), note that Gandalf says he is _a_ (not the) servant of it. Implying that it had many servants.

The "flame of Anor" is probably a cryptic reference to Narya. But we know so little about the history of the Three Rings, we cant guess at its significance.
