Gandalf's exact words are: "I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor."I agree with Jon that the Secret Fire must be the Flame Imperishable (which someone has comapred to the Holy Spirit), note that Gandalf says he is _a_ (not the) servant of it. Implying that it had many servants. The "flame of Anor" is probably a cryptic reference to Narya. But we know so little about the history of the Three Rings, we cant guess at its significance.
