I think Peter Jackson has the right of it. Even though there are certain actors/actresses I would like to see in it these big names would overshadow what the film is all about. It would be about them and the money, not the literature itself. I hope He thinks of the fans first rather than the cash.

: Hi, new to this posting thingy. Just dropped by to say that I have just seen a live interview with Peter Jackson on Nz television. Interestingly he said that he wants the lead roles to be played by UNKOWNS and that they cannot afford the likes of Sean Connery, Anthony Hopkins, etc.(this may have been posted twice, exuse my computer illiteracy!)
