: Are there any Werewolves left on Middle-Earth? I have heard of the story of Beren and Luthien(I have'nt read it yet though) and I think that if as Neithan proposed Thu is Sauron(or an earlier version of him) that Sauron may have still had a werewolf or two still in his service, obviously not many or they would have come into the story of the War of the Rings, but they would make great spies or assasins I think. Opinions?
