: : : : : : Ah, you say that Gandalf was far more powerful than the Witch-King, yet, when he went to battle him at the gates of the city, he made it clear that it was highly unlikely that he would come back alive. Would he let his fear be known idly? I doubt it. If he could smite down the Witch-King as easily as you say, he shouldn't have been worried in the slightest, because, as you know, when the champion of Mordor went down almost every singal one of the armies men tried to flee.: : : : : Gandalf walked away from a slain Balrog, which i believe is more powerful than a Nazgul, agreed not without cost, but in his White-Rider phase, the Black Captain should not have been a problem : : : : : Ryan Williams : : : : Then why did he even hesitate going out to do battle? He could have done the happy Mexican hat dance on his head. I think there must be somthing about the Witch-King, a power of somesort, that we missed. : : : I dont care how powerful you are yor not just going to jump out in the middle of a thousand orcs and fight Barad-Dur's captain to the death with a smile on your face! besides the point i dont think he was familair with that type of dance. : : Sorry Witch-King i would have to agree with Ryan on this one. I dont believe the "happy Mexican Hat Dance" was in use in this region of middle earth during the time the siege of Minis Tirith. Sorry : Hehehehehehehehehe.. I don't know, he was pretty knowlagable. There's a good chance that in his traveles an encient mexican Sage told him the might of "Happy Mexican Hat Dance." But anyway, the point was, if he could down the Witch King like that, the others would run. That was proved after Merry and Eowyn (Or whatever) killed him.
