: The book is currently out of print in the United States. It was said to still be in print early last year in England and Canada, but I believe it is no longer so there. You might be able to find more through HarperCollins. I've included their URL below.: A new edition with a greatly expanded index is expected, but apparently has been held up for some months by technical problems, IIRC. For what it's worth, I found a copy in a bookstore in Stratford, Ontario this summer, although I was kinda low on cash at the time and didn't buy it...
