Tolkien never says. Some Men (and Elves) hoped that all the Free Peoples would be reunited, perhaps, in a new world. Galadriel's words to Treebeard seem to suggest that. But the ultimate Fate of the Children of Iluvatar (and of the Ents and Eagles) is unknown.
