: Orcs were made in mockery of elves, Morgoth could not actually create anything himself, just warp and twist them.No. Tolkien eventually abandoned the idea that Morgoth bred the Orcs from Elves, and concluded that Orcs were bred from Men instead. This is discussed at length in HoMe X: Morgoth's Ring, page 409 onwards. : What were Trolls made from? I don't think that Tolkien discusses their origin in detail anwhere. : How did he create Glaurung? Was it a part of himself or another evil spirit? That is a good question, one I have often wondered myself. The Narn frequently refers to the "evil spirit" within Glaurung. Was that a Maia? I don't know. : Did Werewolves, Wargs, and Dragons multiply on their own like Orcs? If they increased in numbers, they must have had some means of reproduction. Mythology traditionally says that dragons laid eggs, but I don't think Tolkien actually states that anywhere (I am right?)
