Hello! After reading messages on this board for half a year, I am finally posting a one myself.:) I would like to say how much I appreciate being able to talk about Tolkien in a flame-free environment. Thank you, Michael. Now, my question.
In the Took family-tree (Appendix C, LotR)there is an entry under the name of Bandrobas "Bullroarer" Took which says: "Many descendants, including the North-tooks of Long Cleeve. That and a mention that Pippin marries Diamond of Long Cleeve is the only information I could find on this division of the Took family. Does anyone know anything else? And also, is Long Cleeve on any ot the maps? I might be being inobservant. Thanx!
