: are good that are on the net??Well, of course, "good" is a matter of opinion. Some people may actually like Crawford's story. The only other Tolkien-inspired fiction I've come across is what purports to be a translation of the unauthorized Russian sequel to THE LORD OF THE RINGS. I stopped reading it after a few paragraphs. It was pretty bad, I'm afraid. And I did not keep the URL handy, so I cannot point you there.
