Kung Fu teaches a minimalist philosophy, using violence only when necessary and only as much as is necessary. It does not teach revenge, but neither does it teach pacifism. I think this is identical to Tolkein's philosophy, and will be starting a thread specifically on this point, with the necessary citations.

I can't imagine what genetic cleansing has to do with anything. I'm not saying you can't use the word, but I have no clue what point you are trying to make. No one here has brought up eugenics.
