: Yea, that's about the only role I'd want to see him in. It was tiresome hearing all the Connery-boosting online for months (he would have failed as Gandalf- too typecast; it would have just been 'a Sean Connery role", not "Gandalf")

Then again, Connery could be there to record the opening and other narrations for the film. I also heard something about a sequel to Dragon Heart. On the other hand, Connery could be just a Tolkien fan checking things out.
