: I've read all of the Narnia books except Silver Chair and the

: hope you'll give me a chance...

There are no requirements or qualifications necessary. You are free to join in what threads you wish, to start what threads you wish, or to just read the discussions. In fact, my statistics show that far fewer people actually POST than just lurk, but that seems to be a fairly standard phenomenon in electronic forums.

We don't get as much Lewis and Inklings discussion here as I'd like to see (or as we had when the board was first started), and if you'd like to start some threads on Lewis or the Inklings in general, I'll be happy to oblige you as I can, although my area of expertise is in fact Tolkien. I've sort of let the other Inklings languish partly because I'm not as familiar with their works as I am with Tolkien's, and partly because the Lewis community warned me that it would be difficult to compete with established Lewis discussion fora.

Anyway, welcome aboard the board. I look forward to reading whatever you have to say. :)
