What do you lot think, can we make a War of the Ring- hierachy for warrior skills? And how would it look?

E & T should be included of course, we could also include the sons of Elrond who seemed to do quite well at the Pellenor. I have a problem with Sauron, as his skill in battle is nowhere seen throughout the lotr, though the Nazgul Lord should have been quite formidable.
