Since the Medieval Middle Earth /Lord of the Rings yea or nay discussion has resumed,let's take a short quiz. Please answer the following questions. 1. I've seen picutures of the motion picture set depicting the inn at Bree. In my opinion, the inn looks (a) medieval (b) 17th century (c) 18th century (d) early 19th century (e) all of the above 2. Cite two instances where, in your opinion, descriptions in the LOTR clearly indicate a medieval origin. Be specific. |
