: (e) all of the above I wouldn't say it was medieval, more like a stereotypical isolated German or Swiss town in the Alps, but without the mountains and with more traffic. Kind of timeless. : 2. Cite two instances where, in your opinion, descriptions
: in the LOTR clearly indicate a medieval origin. Be specific. Can't think of anything just now....I haven't really read all of RotK, so there may be something in there.
