We have taken the highly unusual step of deleteing most of a message which used copyrighted material from another Web site. Our policy on use of copyrighted material may not be clearly spelled out, and we will review our message board FAQs with this in mind.However, all future unauthorized duplication will be deleted. Michael Martinez enforces his own copyrights on the Web and has in the past complained to Web-hosting ISPs about sites which duplicated Xenite.Org content without proper authorization. In some case sites have been removed by the offenders' ISPs. It would be extremely discourteous of Michael to permit these boards to be used to duplicate content from other sites without proper authorization. In most cases a URL should be enough if you want other people to read all the content. If you wish to use only part of the content, then we will accept your judgement and assume that you are abiding by "fair use" rules in quoting ONLY THOSE PORTIONS OF THE CONTENT which are relevant to your point. But please remember that "fair use" assumes you will not quote all or most of the content. Thank you for your participation in the White Council. The Administrators
