If I recall correctly, Bifur, Bofur and Bombur were not of the kin of the Longbeards, thouh who were their kindred I don't think is ever mentioned. In all events, whatever their original hair color, it would be lost to grey.
So when do dwarves turn grey?
Here are some ages:
In year of the fall of Smaug, 3rd Age 2941
Kili: 75 / Fili: 82 / Gloin: 158 / Oin: 167 / Dwalin: 169 / Balin: 178 / Thorin: 195
Gimli was 140 at the time of the War of the Ring, closer to the age of his grey haired father at the time of the Quest of Erebor. Call it late middle age, at best blonde streaked with grey. Gimli was 242 when he sailed with Legolas.

Other notable facts about dwarf ages: Gimli said he was too young to join Thorin and Co.: he was 62 at the time. Gloin was 96 when his son was born. Dis bore her two sons (Fili and Kili) at 99 and 104 respectively. Dain was "hale and able to bear an axe" at 252.

Hardy bunch.
