I doubt if the Mouth ranked higher than any of the Nazgul. I doubt it very much...... Why would he be so highly ranked?? He has no really special powers. He was just a lieutenant, or even more likely, a yes-man. That's just my opinion though... Gandalf
: Why? The Mouth of Sauron was a man, and he stood higher in the pecking order than most of the Nazgul. Probably higher than all but the Witch-King himself. :
