There are already three people monitoring the boards. The real hassle comes in creating the archives. I've been putting them on separate servers for several reasons, but I suppose I could keep them on the Xenite.Org server. I don't know how much time that would save, as I still have to download all the archived messages and run a program on them to create the new archive index.

At least with the other format I wouldn't have to create archives so often. I agree that the other format does it make it difficult to find what you're looking for sometimes. All the other message board scripts I've looked at are pretty primitive. In fact, what we use here at Xenite.Org are heavily modified from the original Matt's Script Archive software.
