Our, myself included, lack of snipping is something we should really get a handle on. That would slow the need to update and archive. I like the format of this board more than the others, like EntMoot. Its easier to find and follow a thread,for one thing. Also, this format is open for anyone to drop by, read the messages and jump into the discussion. I know that legalities may someday change this, but for the time being anyone can read and post. I consider this a very good thing. Concerning the Archives, how much use do they get? If they are getting heavy use, then they should be maintained and continued. If they are getting very little use, then maybe you should consider eleminating all together.
